Serving up volleyball in Balham since 2009.London Bears Volleyball is a grassroots club based at Chestnut Grove Academy in Balham, South West London. Founded by a group of friends with a shared love for the game, the club has grown into a vibrant and competitive community — while keeping that same friendly, inclusive spirit at its core.We’re proudly player-run and home to three teams:
– Women’s Team competing in London Premier League & Nationals
– Men’s 1st Team competing in London League’s top division & Nationals
– Men’s 2nd Team building strength and talent in Division 1We train on Sundays and Mondays, and play competitive matches across Greater London and beyond. With 2–3 games a week during the season, there’s always action — on and off the court.
